Airtel — airtel harassment by charging incorrectly in postpaid plan

I am using airtel postpaid from last 6 years. Since then i am using rs. 199 cug plan. But couple of days back i was facing issues on network connectivity as well as in internet speed. I was totally frustrated what to do. Being a continuous user, i raised many complaints in order to resolve this issue but didn't get any proper resolution, so finally thought of changing the plan to higher ones. As the plans were pretty expensive as compared to new competitors so i decided to port my number to jio. When i raise ticket to port change then immediately i got a call asking sir why are you changing your network, what you need, this that, i said i just want this number because this is my permanent number. I specially mentioned that i am staying in bangalore from last two years (This is rajasthan sim) and never faced such problem since then. Upon convincing me not to deviate from our network he gave me a plan which is a 99 rs plan in which he explained :
1. I will give you same cug plan that you are using early
2. Its a monthly plan of 99 rs.
3. You will get 500 + 300 local + std mins
4. 10 gb data monthly
I agreed and he said ok sir i am activating this plan and from tomorrow your new plan will be activated.

Now after a month i got a bill of 776 rs. Like seriously... The whole thing i wanted was to reduce my bill value from 200 rs to 100 rs and now i am getting a bill of 776. Disgusting.
I again raised a complain to customer care that i was wrongly charged (Ticket number :[protected], amanjeet kaur is the representative), then what they said : sir, this is all because you are in roaming network. I was shocked to hear this. It is understood, who will take a non roaming plan if he is in roaming network from last 2 years. I clearly explained that that i am in bangalore from last 2 years than why they gave me this plan. They should clearly tell the plan details before offering any plan.

I escalated the issue and ask to talk with higher customer executive. Than after 2 days i got call (You can observe here when asked for porting the number i got a call immediately and for this after 2 days). Name of the higher executive agent was narendra singh bohra.
I explained him all things but he said do whatever can be done from your side but we can't refund this amount.

I was very disappointed with the service and this fraudulent techniques. This is how they respect there customers. Those customers who are with them from last 6 years. Why should i spend this much on a airtel if i am getting more than this in other network.

I need a refund of wrongly charged bill and also a strict action should be taken to those customer care representative who doesn't know how to brief the plan details.
