I am writing this with regards to the broadband connection.
There has been a miscommunication in the new connection where the connection has been bought under my number [protected].
Kindly take a note that I HAVE NOT BOUGHT ANY CONNECTION FROM AIRTEL.
I am using this number just for internet purpose and it is a prepaid connection.
This is really disappointing to know that the new connection has been assigned without doing a background check.
Highlighting the fact that I had called airtel customer care and explained the concern and no luck.
Request your IMMEDIATE action in cancellation of the unordered broadband connection from my number.
