I've had no network on my postpaid connection for the past couple of days. I tried to raise a complaint on their useless and ridiculous Thanks app but of course it doesn't work. I'm stuck in an infinite loop where I click on the option "Unable to make or receive calls" and it says I should call customer care. When I call customer care, it says I need to register a complaint via the thanks app because they need accurate location information. When I tried to use their dysfunctional app, it simply provides the message "Oops! We are facing technical issues. Try after some time". Again, absolutely no explanation or no way to get to a resolution. At no point through this entire process was I able to talk to a human. I actually have to go find a store for something so simple. How can a company be so incompetent and allowed to operate?
I checked to ensure my payment is up to date and it is. I have no outstanding bills with them so I have no idea why my services are barred. They provided no details before simply barring all services. Was this information helpful? |
