Thank you for the prompt reply as The Persons has called me and conveyed their apologise for the behavior of the customer. I hope in future this wont be repeated again. Once again thank you for giving a look into my problem and crosschecking with the call record between me and the Customer Care executive. And immediately contacting me and expressing your apologise.
