Airtel — airtel incorrect plan | |||
This is fayyaz nakhawa using an airtel number - [protected]. As i wanted to travel to tehran in mth o dec, was looking for an international roaming pack. Airtel had activated a 2999/- pack but this did not have the desired country. I was assured by the backend team in case of no service area i will not be able to use it there but were ever connectivity is available there should not be a problem. Now after 3 mths i get a bill of 30k and i am being told that there is no service available at all what kind of service is this. Airtel has duped me, completely misguided, false promises made and now due to their blunder why do i suffer this is certainly not at all acceptable. I have been chasing around to get a resolution but no luck at all. All the time different story and false promises, this is leading no where. I am facing business loss, harassed n tortured constantly for payments. Unable to get a resolution, all airtel is interested is that i should pay for their mistake. I strongly oppose this and want an immediate resolution and complete wavier for wrong charges placed. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hope you guys can understand that the we as a consumer do first connect with the department / service provider were the issue is but only when things are not sorted look out for other sources were this can be resolved but you guys are of no help if all you shall do is forward the complain.
We are still stuck with the issue were it all started from and we certainly want this matter to be resolved ASAP
