Airtel — airtel is no more user friendly nowadays!!

Hi, my airtel app shows me new offer of 199 plan. But i am unable to activate that plan with my main balance. I hve balance of rs217. I called customer service for help but they told me to recharge for rs 199 and cant be activated with mobile balance.in fact they have told me to use it via calling. Why should i spend money in calling when there are lots o[censored]nlimited calling plans with data are available.. How ridiculous this suggetion is.. Why should i spend money from my main account via calling at 30ps/min..
Airtel is not now customer friendly.
I think it's better to change service... I am totally upset..

Airtel has activated Whatsmob service without my consent. I don't know about the service. This type of service is not expected from you. Very bad service
