Airtel — airtel issue with network and xstream app | |||
I am using airtel service and i am unable to use xstream app now!! I have re-charged my no on 11 feb 2020, but still getting messages to recharge, even after 3 days!! I have called up customer care and spoke to zisha who claims to be floor supervisor! She refused to take complaint and claimed that she has resolved the issue!! I am attaching the screenshot of the error i am getting!! How can issue be fixed, if i m still getting the error? She was so arrogant that she refused to take the complaint, even after multiple times mentioning that issue persists!!. Such crap executives are hired to harass customers! How can customer support refuse to take a complaint for a service when the issue still exists? As per trai rules, customer has right to register complaint n seek complaint no, not sure how airtel can follow its own rules? Airtel claims they are best service not sure if they have tested their network and services? Was this information helpful? | |||
