Airtel — airtel lost my document and said do whatever you want to do. | |||
I applied for postpaid to prepaid of [protected] in the first week of july. I had to visit their store at least 6-7 times. Then finally the store manager said one day that they have lost my documents and i will have to apply again. I said how could you misplace my id proofs and i will not give the documents again. On that he said that nothing can happen and i can do whatever i can do, i can go and complain anywhere. He was so arrogant as if it was my mistake. I then called customer care, with no help. Posted on their fb page and getting a standard reply since then that they are looking into it.
