[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel: Misleading the consumers providing the wrong validity information. | |||
Dear Sir, I did a recharge of 102 Rs of 300 MB 3G data having 30 days of validity (As mentioned in the recharge description in Airtel''s website and in the message i received after the recharge). But when i cross verified the validity credited to my AC, i found it to be only 28 days. I registered a complaint to Airtel customer care but dint get any resolution. I also registered the complaint with Nodal officer and appellate authority also. But instead of resolving the problem and correcting the information on their website they are offering me some free recharge options. Please help me regarding this issue as Airtel is clearly misleading the consumers providing incorrect information about the recharge options Available.
