Airtel — airtel mob no.[protected] - wrong deduction from balance | |||
I have to submit that I recharged my pre-paid Airtel Mob No. [protected] for Rs.200/- on 10.11.2017. Airtel without any notice deducted Rs.125/- the same day messaging that two services namely; Gaanakhazana, Funstore1, have activated. Another Rs.60/- was deducted on 11.11.2017 for Adofgames. I never ordered for these services. I called their representative at 121 customer Care number on 11.11.2017 and the attending lady admitted their mistake and told that Rs.60/ will be refunded but when I insisted for complete refund of Rs.185/- she referred me to their senior supervisor, Mr Deepak Singh. He was completely evasive and unhelpful. When asked to check and send me evidence of my any request on the basis of which services have been activated, he instead of sending the same started giving self contradictory reasons for not doing the same and flatly refused to admit the mistake and refund any amount. I, therefore, request that the matter may please be got examined and Airtel be ordered to refund the wrongly charged amount of Rs.185/- immediately or send me the evidence of my request on the basis of which deductions have been made. Also Co. may be penalized for this unfair practice which they might be doing with others also. Further they may be ordered to compensate me with Rs.5000/- for mental harassment and inconvenience caused.
