• Nov 18, 2016 : I wrote to you, you again said to wait for 5 more days, I waited – Got response that request has been closed!!!
• Nov 21, 2016 : Reminder email.
• Nov 22, 2016 : On call I re - opened the request, you said 3 days, I waited – no response !!!
• Nov 23, 2016: Reminder email.
• Nov 25, 2015:- Again it was said to me to wait for 3 more days, I waited - no response yet!!!
• Nov 29, 2016: No reply.
• Dec 02: Reminder email.
• Dec 09: Reminder email.
• Dec 13: Reminder email.
I haven’t got any update from your end. It’s been 5-7 times now. Highly disappointed!

Updated by Ritika_Narang Ms. Akanksha Singh, as you mentioned you have shared the resolution details with me, FYI NOTHING has been shared with me till Dec 15, 2016(date on which you replied to my query).
Refer following conversation after Dec 15, 2016.
Dec 16, 2016:- Case closed and Jitin Jain told me to elaborate the case. Replied to email with all details.
Dec 18, 2016:- On call conversation with Deepak Khera. Discussed the case.
Dec 19. 2016:- Received email from Deepak Khera. He asked for 2 days’ time to work on the same (till Dec 21).
Dec 20, 2016:- Mail received from Deepak Khera asking Davendra the same. No update to me after that.
Dec 21, 2016:- No reply received from Deepak Khera even after completion of 2 days. Tarun Jain took up the case, again asked for 2 days’ time to work on the same.
Dec 25, 2016 :- Case closed without providing any resolution. Instead I was told to contact mobility team.
FYI, Airtel executives, that's not my job to contact various departments working with Airtel. I just know Airtel as a whole, one brand, from which I need to get in touch in order to receive my money back.
