So i have complaints regarding two airtel money wallets, one in my name, other is my relative's. Both the wallets we tried to send money to bank account (sbi) and money never got credited in the bank a/c, however it also did not get credited back to the wallet. Whenever i check balance it shows, the amount which i sent to bank is blocked. This is pathetic, and i have been trying for more than 1 week now to get the issues resolved but none helped.
I wrote to airtel money dept, called 400 many times, in the email no one got back to me, and in 400 they could never give me any fixed time when the matter would be settled. I wrote on facebook to airtel india, also to airtel presence, but no one cared to respond.
I have already got two case numbers from the automated response of airtel money dept via email CASE:196161 and 196104 If any of airtel executive is reading this, it is high time u take some action and resolve our issues at the earliest. In my email i have already provided all details like phone number. I have also forwarded the same email to airtel presence dept too.
I WANT MONEY BACK IN THE WALLETS ASAP.
