I'm using airtel prepaid ([protected]) for the last 5 to 6 years. I recently applyed for a duplicate airtel simcard, the airtel agent informed me that this number is registered in somebody else name. So i cant get a duplicate sim.
When i spoked to a customercare officer he told me to write a letter requesting to change it to my name and i need to provide the last few transaction history to confirm that i'm the one using this number.
But when i went to the airtel relationship centre, again they are asking me the proof of the person that they activated wrongly. How am i suppose to get the proof of a unknown person? When i call back to the customer care ablout this issue, they are not responding properly and again they are asking me to go to airtel relationship centre. Its going like a paradox for me to resolve this issue. Still i didn't get any call back from airtel also.
