Airtel — airtel network connectivity problem

I have two mobiles having network of Airtel. Mobile network connectivity hardly comes to my mobiles. I always get complaints from my friends and relatives that they do not get my number connected when they call me. I also do not get connected to any number when I call anyone. Connectivity comes and goes. Most of the time, connectivity remains missing. I complained on 28th July 2017 regarding network connectivity problem (ID 1643464) at this forum. My issue has not been resolved till now.
You are requested to please get the issue resolved as early as possible otherwise no sense of keeping mobiles with us.
