Airtel — airtel network issue from 3 months | |||||
Dear sir, I am srinivasa mobile no's in my family are 90141713, [protected], [protected] all 3 no's are of airtel prepaid no's, Issue started past from 3 months following with airtel about network issue like voice break, calls connectivity, call drops and data speed issue. But earlier it was very good this issue started from 3 months Finally by sending several mails to airtel. Now they are telling new site required need to wait 90-120 days to resolve the issue. This is just to escape from customer by telling reasons, because i am prepaid customer. Old site is just 300 mtrs from place and no new apartment / building came up. They are not ready to send dt engineer to site and survey technician to customer place optimization required in panal / antenna which transmits signals from tower to mobile devices.
