Airtel — Airtel not able to install DTH after taking payment

I am an airtel customs since its inception in Chennai, for the last more then 30 years, My number is [protected]. I ordered an AirTel One connection and a broadband and DTH connection for ONE TV has been installed.NOW Airtel is refusing to install xstream box for my 2nd TV stating they have NO expertise in concealed wiring. The person who came to install DTH had severely damaged the tata sky dish and IAM UNABLE TO HAVE DTH CONNECTION FOR MY SECOND TV

THIS IS ABSURD FOR AN EMINENT NAME LIKE AIR tEL
pLEASE do the needful at once or otherwise I may have to use my Delhi contacts to speak with one of your Directors
