Airtel — Airtel not changing my bill plane with in bill cycle cycle.

Dear Mr Kumar, This is in reference to your email regarding bill plan change for your airtel mobile number [protected]. Basis on conversation, We would like to inform you that, bill can be changed once in bill cycle. So would request to please revert on or after next bill cycle[protected]. Further we are including the terms for port out. On fulfillment of the below criteria, you would be able to port out to other operators:* Your connection should be held with us for a minimum period of 90 days.* There should not be any outstanding amount payable. Please dial *121# to know your outstanding amount payable.* There should be no pending/complaint/case in court with regard to your number * You can port out your number only within the circleSteps to start MNP are listed below:1. Generate Unique Porting code (UPC) by Sending PORT < Space> and your <Mobile no> and send it to 1900. E.g. PORT 9810XXXXXX. Charges of text are applicable as per tariff plan opted by you. You will receive an auto revert message from 1901 giving an 8 digit alpha numeric uniqueporting code along with an expiry date.2. Once UPC obtained, you have to approach the new service provider of your choice and obtain CAF (Customer Application Form) and porting form.3. Submit the duly filled CAF and porting form along with documents listed below to the chosen service provider:Photo Id Proof/Residence proof/1 photo/PAN Card/Form 16/Last bill copy in case of postpaid number along with Rs.19/-.5. The above exercise is to be completed before the expiry date of mentioned along with the UPC.6. Obtain new SIM card from the new service provider.7. New service provider will take 7 days to process your Port-In request. (Sunday is non working day). During this process, you will be able to use your mobile phone as usual. 8. New service provider will keep updating you via text on the progress made and intimate the date and time of porting on your mobile phone. Replace the old SIM with the new SIM provided after the specified date and time. There will be a black out for only 2 hours and the same will be communicated to you through text. The porting request can be withdrawn within 24 hours of applying. Please do write in for any further assistance.
