[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel not refunding money when they failed to deliver the connection | |||||
JUL 01st, 5:25PM i have applied for 3 airtel landine connection10 days ago .and the agent promished me that the connection will be done within 2 days.It has been over 10 days now but that agent daily says it will be done today. how ever they connected one landline and told they cannot provide any more connections as they dont have the slot, so i asked for the refunt of my remmaining balance and the always say that it will be sent to your bank account, but now it has been over three months and they have not refunded my money. i have even asked to manage the amount of 3400 in my land line bill but they have not done this also rather disconnected my landline. I was a really proud costumer of airtel but this incident has changed my perspective about airtel. It has become a fraud company with very worst customer service.
