I made 2 payments towards my airtel one plan (Broadband + postpaid mobile) for the month of july immediately after the payment request came. The amount has been debited from my account in full. However, their systems are only recognising part of the payment. Rs. 1100 is shown outstanding somehow.
I have been following up with them for 2 months on this but they have not resolved this. They also disconnected my mobile phone. I have paid the payment for the month of august in full as well.
Till now no resolution has been given from their side. All their email ids and phone numbers say the same thing. It will be resolved in 48 working hours but it is never resolved till now. Was this information helpful? |
I am receiving calls every 2 days from a different representatives asking the same issue again and again and promise resolutions in 48 hours - Since July 2020.
So simply notifying them of this complaint is not going to work as they already have 10 Service Requests numbers generated which they promptly closed without a resolution and no longer generating any more requests.
