I have been a unsatisfied customer with since 2 years. My mobile number is was [protected] i was getting zero network at resident for 4 numbers. I complain so many times. But airtel failed to give service hence i port out now i received a bill for 125/-7day instead 2day
This the reference to your bill and worst service. As per the bill given to me 25th dec to 31st dec 2018 but in fact my number was port out on 27th december 2018 the why the bill is raised and my service are stop. Airtel failed to provide me the service in fact zero network, all this being discussed on email and time period is for 2 years. I have being cheated in bill as well as providing network service for reference i have attached the email and bill for vodafone which that my number being activated on 27th dec 2018.
Many time i have being over charged and i was facing zero network for four number at my resident and which was accepted on email as well as engineer who visited on site. I have being request not to port by giving many offers but i have never accepted any offer form airtel and demanded a good network. Whatever airtel the claims in advertisement are false, airtel can not provide proper network in cites, then how come you claim that airtel has network in remote area.
As a gesture airtel should feel shame of claiming bill for seven day instead of two day which should around 30 to 35 with taxes, at present i am pay vodafone 1000 rs bill and if airtel have provided me a good service i would have continued, 125 rs is not a bill deal for any one but the service and mental harassment which airtel has doing with customer. I would suggest instead of wasting money on advertise improve your network.
Airtel should waived off my bill and i was supposed to claim my bill in consumer court instead of paying airtel, Was this information helpful? |
