Airtel — airtel payment bank debit freeze issue | |||||
On sept 18th i had deposited cash of 4300 in my airtel account [protected] Airtel payment bank has debit freezed my account in the name of suspicious transaction. When i called customer care 1st they asked me to send my aadhar card and bank statement to the email [protected]@airtel money.com I sent it immediately on 16th of september. After that they asked me to wait for 48hrs to activate it again when i called they said the bank statement was password protected and asked me to send the document again with password on 17th september i did that too On 18th september when i called they said in application the last name was mentioned as "p" but in my id proof there was no last name i explained them as last name is manditory in application i mentioned my initial as last name. Rhey asked to send additional document to prove that my initial is p. I did that too After that when i called they asked me to verify my account using biometric verification in airtel store i did that too. After that i called on 20th sept they asked me to send proof that i verified in airtel store i sent a screen shot of my aadhar card verification email. From yesterday they are purposefully avoiding my call by connectinf with hindi telecaller. Since it had been a week time till now the account is not activated. Kindly question airtel payment bank and resolve my issue. I had recorded all the calls which i made with customer care of airtel payment bank. I am using Airtel Provider for using mobile phone. But on[protected] from my airtel account Rs. 35 is deducted without my concern for activation charge of VIDEOTALKIES which is illegal. Why you are doing this type activity ? so, return my deducted amount quickly otherwise ...
