Writing this mail with very disappointment that i m not able to make my payment through your airtel payment bank app
After talk with your concern customer care they said my account is stop due to we do not have some detail of you
So my question how can you stop any customer a/c even without any intimation or information
You must have inform us without any kind of stop service.
If you do not have fully detail then u can inform us well in advance
And most disgusting thing is even my a/c is stop why you have accept my amount in your wallet why your system is giving error that time
Now after when i m going to revert that amount into my bank then your system says this is not allowed
So this is not acceptable from this type of company
Plz resolve this asap and inform me as i need to make payment urgently
