[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel postpaid is simply cheating | |||||
I took an airtel connection 2 months back. It was a 10 gb postpaid plan. After 2 weeks of service i consumed 4gb of data. On 29th of april i checked my balance which showed a little more than 5gb of data. I switched off the dongle and slept. Next morning i saw 2 messages in my mobile. 1 which came around 1am saying i have consumed more than 50% of the data and another message around 2am saying i have consumed more than 90% of my data. I checked my balance and found only 600mb of data was left. I called customer care but they said they can't do anything unless the bill is generated which mean i cannot use the dongle any more till the bill is generated. I asked for disconnection and they did that. After the bill was generated i called them and they accepted that that was an error and they cannot do anything as the data cannot be carry forwarded. Also the connection was already disconnected. This is pure cheating. I lost my money as i had to pay for the plan i chose and i did not get the expected value for the money paid. For airtel prepaid, i need to pay rs. 600 to 700 to get that 4gb Was this information helpful? | |||||
