I have been using airtel since 13 years and airtel postpaid since 5 years. Recently i got the number changed to prepaid. Since then the harrassment of this so called airtel indias fastest network started. I approached the store to change the number to prepaid. They have taken the complaint said it will take 4 days it will all be done and no need to do anything else. After 4 days a guy called and tried to convince me to be on prepaid i denied. After that a lady called me and told me to pay the bill amount and i did the same. Next day suddenly the network disappeared and i reinserted the sim, got the network with balance of 5 rs. From then on i am not able to recharge my number. I try customer care no solution, postpaid people say my number is not post paid, prepaid people say my number is not yet prepaid. I visit the store, they give ridiculous replies that first recharge needs to be done in airtel store, which was never conveyed to me neither by store ppl who took my conversion request not by customer care executive. Then he tried to recharge he said technical issue it will take 48 hours more.
Without any mistake of me, i was not able to call anyone nor use data for almost a week. My problem is not yet solved. The worst customer care service ever.
My problem is not yet solved, tried all possible ways but no use. I will suggest in all my friends stay away from airtel and that too from their post paid which is worst. Was this information helpful? |
