Case 1
Today on 28-feb-18, i tried to recharge my mobile no [protected] with recharge of rs 399 for which balance was deducted twice. But when i asked airtel customer care to refund my additional rs 399 back to my credit card i got a response "your validity is 140 days and money will not be refunded". I don't need a validity of 140 days i want my money refunded back to my sbi card.
Case 2
Similar incident happened with me while paying bill of rs 589 for airtel dongle [protected]. Money is deducted but bill is not paid.
This has happened with me for fourth time. I think and feel that this a planned loot and dacoity by airtel team. To increase their revenues they are cheating common public. This is what thieves do.
I want both my rs 399 refunded as well as rs 589 refunded as early as possible, without which this resolution cannot be completed Was this information helpful? |
