Airtel — Airtel prepaid plan 399 rs | |||||
I purchased the 399rs plan for my prepaid airtel connection a couple of weeks ago, under which i should be getting 1 gb data daily for 70 days and free std calls. But somehow my internet is not working. Also when i call someone from my phone, it says insufficient balance, but the call connects and happens. When i check my balance, it shows 0 rs talktime and 1024 mb internet. But despite that i am not able to use it. Please look into this matter asap as i have run out of patience and money both. I had recharged for Rs 247 4g data plan[protected] on 18th June 2017 but the recharge and got a message that the recharge was not successfull.But the amount of 247 was debited from my account. I need a refund of this amount as soon as possible. Please look into this issue.

I am having Prepaid mobile no [protected] from Airtel. I am not able to send SMS from this Mobile.
