[Resolved] Airtel — airtel prepaid to postpaid conversion delay | |||||
I have requested for airtel prepaid to postpaid conversion on 23rd nov 2017 by submitting aadhaar card number with bio-metric scan and with in 1 hour my prepaid service was deactivated and on the same day address verification was completed and got a message address verification completed successfully and it is been 6 days till now airtel postpaid service is not activated and from 3 days have been calling up 198 for complaining about the issue customer care executive says we have recieved your request and will activated with in 24hours but is 6 days over not yet activated this is annoying Was this information helpful? | |||||
