This is regarding claim no.3019370
You guys rejected my claim stating that my handset was damaged under mysterious conditions as far as i know phone falling down in an accident is not that mysterious
You just want a reason to reject my claim and the worst part is you stating i was not being able to reach as you didn’t contact the primary number provided and was calling the secondary number provided what a lame reason
Secondary what does it mean why don’t you call the primary number why do we even have a primary contact and you are least bothered about the mails we send that’s what was said by your representative when he called me to say that my claim was rejected why did he call the primary number this time and not when it is actually required
