Airtel — airtel secure claim | |||
I am an airtel secure subscriber since 16/07/2017. On the 28th of august i dropped my phone accidentally while picking it up from my bedside table and the screen cracked. I logged my claim with airtel secure. (Service request #2293204) i had to upload my documents at least 6 times before i could submit the claim. Even after giving the true description of the event they called me and told me that my claim is pending because the description is incomplete. Still i tried again and filled up the description in more detail and after that i was prompted to upload a picture of the sim tray. Now i am getting tired of this whole exercise and am beginning to feel cheated as they are just making me jump loops unnecessarily. Please get this sorted soon or i will have to file a claim in the consumer courts. Was this information helpful? | |||
