Airtel — airtel secure claim rejected without proper justification | |||
I enrolled in airtel secure plan in feb 2018. On 13th march night, my phone incurred some damage but i discovered it only on 14th march & called 121 on 16th march for raising a claim. Meanwhile, i also tried to initiate the claim using the app which never worked! Airtel secure rejected the claim stating that i had not contacted 121 within 48 hours of "discovering" the damage, which isn't right because i discovered the damage on 14th. I've tried to resolve it with airtel without any success. Was this information helpful? | |||
