Airtel — airtel secure - device claim service request # 3023932 (feeling cheated) | |||||
To whom it may concern, My name is gurinder sandhu I raised a complaint and request using the airtel secure accidental insurance as my mobile broke from the edge because accidentally it got slipped from the bed. All the necessary documents and photographs have been submitted timely and i got a response that the claim has been rejected & the reason which was shared with me was so-called "negligence" Negligence, are you serious, what the definition of accident & negligence? I am not paying & have not taken this secure services from the insurance provider to hear their lame excuses. I am going to proceed with a legal option if not taken my request seriously. If the device slipped and cracked, i think this is what we call an accident as this was not done intentionally & accident does happen with no intention. I am feeling cheated as airtel did not keep their promise & i am not getting the service i have paid for. Request you to please review and have this sorted for me or else i would be left with no other option but to seek assistance and help from our consumer court.
