Uske baad mera mobile dobara se 1st february 2018 ko repair ke liye repick up kiya gya. Pickup ke time pickup boy ne mobile ko check kar ke liya tha or mobile reciving slip bhi di thi. Uske baad airtel secure se mujhe caal aai or bola gya ki apko apke mobile ke repair status ke baare me update kar diya jayega. Lekin mobile repair status ke baare me mujhe koi call nhi aai. Or 08 february ko shaam ko mera mobile mujhe diliver hua. Wahi dilivery boy dobara se mera mobile deliver krne ke liya aaya jo mobile repick up krne aaya tha. Jb maine apna mobile check kiya to dekha ki mobile ki screen andar se damage thi or mobile phle ki tarah he band tha. Lekin aap airtel baar baar mujhe alag alag baat batate h. Kbhi kahte h ki maine mobile damage kiya h, kbhi khte h ki maine jo mail ki usme photo me screen damage nhi dikhai de rha or kbhi khte h ki maine dilivery time pr damage mobile receive kyo kiya. Dekhiye me abhi bhi kah rha hu maine khud se na he mobile damage kiya h. Aapke airtel secure ne mere mmobile ko damage kiya h.

Last 2 months I have again & again complaint for my damage handset htc one a9. Airtel secure damage my handset repair time but he is rejected my claim. No solution for my problem.
