Hi,
I opted for airtel secure believing, i will only be in need to pay 10% of the charging amount for repair of the mobile, but now i got a mail stating that i need to pay an excess amount of inr 2500 to process the claim i need a clarification on the same.
If i really have to pay the amount there is no use in the name of airtel secure, i would have gone to the service center by my own, it would be costing of the same as the amount you ask to pay, this is really disappointing me and i never expected this from airtel.
In your youtube video it is still mentioned as 10% of the total repair cost, i was a happy customer with airtel but this this making me to move out of them Was this information helpful? |
