Service request number #2377296 Claim has been rejected stating that one cannot kept mobile phone on corner table as few call missed due to mobile phone being on silent mode due to movement caused by vibration of the mobile. Upon asking the reason rm said that corner table was not the right place to keep mobile because it has been kept above ground level. Really? Who kept the mobile on ground. And it cause due to carelessness because i was sleeping at late night how can one expect that i would have been handling the mobile. Despite of saying that i am not satisfied with the reason you are providing he keep saying sorry to let you know. Please be informed that i have been airtel customer from around 8 years and switched to airtel secure plan after my previous insurance expire because i was expecting the same kind of quality will be provided on this front and i am really very disappointed with that and want to raise this concern to greviance cell and of they will not able to help i will raise the same to consumer cell. Hopefully this will help as i cannot see any of the thing mentioned in the terms and condition like this because accident is accident whether its happened on road or due to to carelessness.
