Hi concern,
I have been used airtel digital TV since last three years and I was one of happy customer of airtel but my last 4 month experience with call centre representive was really frustrating .
The problem is I have requested to call centre to suspended my first connection multiple time and provide me best budget customize plan as after trai guidelines cost for the both was high to as expected though all the time it has been assured by customer care that my first connection has been stopped for one month and I have to pay only 233 rs for second one connection but I have not got any confirmation. Through sms or same was also not reflecting in airtel app.i failed to understand why such false commitment from such big and reputed brand even there was multiple outbound request call from airtel to resume the airtel service as above said plan which is 233 since I have made recharge amount of 233 rs as confirmed by airtel but result was same it there is no change and now I am very frustrating and helpless .
I am writing this with lot of anyone from airtel will adreess my complaint and resolve the issue .Request you to please resolve my issue at earliest else I will have no choice to buy new operator setup as I cannot afford high monthly rental at the same time I have to stop first connection and request you to please don't call me to give false communication as I am already tired with airtel and under the impression my mistake is only I am customer of airtel .
