[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Service - worst | |||
1 month back, two of my friends who are staying in my area have bought new Airtel broadband connection of 1099Rs plan @16Mbps and I am using the same plan for the past four months but with just 8Mbps. So, I have called Airtel customer care today to ask them why I was not intimated earlier about this speed upgrade from 8Mbps to 16Mbps since my area is feasible for it. Customer care person said it's not possible and after a long conversation, he has transferred the call to retention team. Retention team person said that 'If yu want, yu have to call us man, we will not intimate you', he was so rude in his speech.and I haven't seen a such a worst customer service like this. Also, he said there are so many customers who are paying 1099Rs for 2Mbps speed. OHhhh MY GOD, how dare he openly agreed that he is cheating the customers.Is this the right way to talk? So, it's totally cheating and you making customers fool. Finally, the retention team person told me to look for some other better service provider and started talking about the connection closing procedures.
