[Resolved] Airtel — airtel sim card suddenly shows 'no signal' | |
The airtel sim card i use suddenly stopped working in the evening of 8th april 2020 without any prior notice. I have tried all options as seen online. I cannot log into the airtel app as it is asking for otp which will be sent to the same number which is not receiving signal. It is not a problem with my phone. Kindly help in this regard and reactivate the sim card, specially at this time of the pandemic when i need to keep in contact with my family. Was this information helpful? | |
Apr 9, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved There were no steps taken. I had uploaded the complaint literally 5 min ago and the complaint is marked as 'resolved' without actually being resolved. This is fraud and wrong. Kindly help instead of duping the customer like this. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
