To who so ever it may concern
I was using a number [protected].I was not able to pay the amount because of some reason, as i was not in the town.As soon as i return i received a call that your bill is due, i replied that i will pay it the day itself, but was facing some problem in transaction as the number was inactive.today i.e 11/8/2016 i again receiv9ed a call from airtel call centre regarding payment.I replied them that i will do it within half an hour, but due to server down of indian overseas bank i was not able to do the same.I again got the call and i said that i will make through another bank just hold for a moment.I have finally paid the payment but the staff was so annoying .A PERSON NAME REEMA WAS SHOUTING BADLY AND HER WORDS SHE SPOKE WERE "DUNIYA BHAAR KI PAYMENT HOGYE LAKHO CRORE KI AAPKI NAHI HORAHI, AAP SE HOGI BHI NAHI".she didnt have any sense to talk, keept on her aggression. for evidence kindly check the call recordings. They told that they were calling from rajori garden new delhi office and the number from which they called were +[protected].I need that you take some strict action.I have been using airtel fixedline and prepaid from past 15 years -
