[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel telecom company not separating my child connection from family plan

I have Airtel's family plan. In which a number is added on along with my mobile number. Rs 599 per month with GST 18% whose entire bill was paid on 21st September at 10:21 am. There was no due due.
Before that on 17th September at 1:53 am I applied to separate my add on mobile number through Airtel app. And the time to remove was shown as two days. There is a process on Airtel Thanks app in which it is removed after verifying the address
Verification Successful Showed on Airtel at 05:56 pm on 18th September. But from that day my mobile number was not separated. And I am continuously calling on 198, 121 and applying. I am applying every day from 18th September to 27th September. But I did not get any help from Airtel customer care. And every time it is said that it will be resolved within 24 hours. Only lies after lies have been told.
On 23 September at 4:31pm, when I visited Airtel store in Nagpur, Maharashtra, Sadar, Mount Road, opposite barbeque, 440001 and I talked to Sheeba Shaikh there, she said that our internet is not working for 3 days. Since, the laptop is not working. And when I asked her to do it, she kept making excuses. And she was saying don't leave and we will get the work done for your bill. And ignored us and made us wait there for 42 minutes
He was engrossed in his personal matters in the Airtel store. They don't care about the customer. And I saw there that they do not have the capacity to run an Airtel store.
When I complained to Airtel customer care against that Airtel store, the very next day I got a call from Sheeba Sheikh from this mobile number [protected] on 25th September at 7:21pm and I told her everything. And she said, I will separate your number in half an hour. Don't worry. But today is 27th September. Neither does she answer the phone. And if she picks up, she says I will call you later.I also mailed Airtel regarding this matter [protected]@airtel. Com. Everything was written in detail in the mail. But no reply came from him.
And my daily bill is being prepared. I want to port my mobile number from airtel. I don't want Airtel even for a moment. And Airtel has many schemes, if I visit the store. And they don't help me. My bill is being prepared daily in this waiting category. Because of which Airtel people will again bring trouble on me asking me to pay the bill. Only then will the number be separate. And all my bills till date are clear.
request the Honorable Judge Sir to give me a hearing. The situation from which I. Passing by. Please do justice to me. I am also attaching the screenshot along with this complaint.
