I was do 1 recharge on date 1-9-2016 on my mobile no [protected] airtel of rate 38 after recharge I can't get the benefit of 225 mb data. And airtel not give me that benefit still now and Compony. Msg me on my no. Ur benefit is alleredy done.. Plz sir help me.. ..

I am a airtel subscriber with a mobile number [protected]. I am unable to receive any sms from anyone. Even I don't receive my OTP as well as sms from my family and friends. I tried everything to resolve my problem, but it remains unsolved. Now I don't understand why is this happening?
