Airtel — airtel tv app doesn't show prime banner

I have already written to airtel team and no response has come from their side.

This is how you treat your customers. Shame on airtel.

No one is ready to help also. I tried calling them several times everyone is giving different options and no one is actually helping out.

They cheat on users fooling them that the plan would give u free access of everything but here i am not able to use any such facility.

Niether i am able to use the amazon prime that comes free with airtel.

I am using a plan of 799.

Its been already one month passed by and no response has come from their side.

There is a problem with the new airtel tv app 1.8.0. Download an old version of airtel tv 1.7.1 from any website using google. It will show you the amazon prime banner and will surely work. It has worked for me today.

Even this didn't work for me
Same happened with me also. I was not given prime after the payment nor the refund.
Same has had happened with me.. not able to locate and trying google it and find this page .
Really shame on airtel brand and they act as customer content in every aspects however ignore such remarks of customer .
Guyz, who are not able to get the amazon prime membership banner on airtel tv, please downgrade airtel app to 1.7.1. Use below link to download apk file.

Install it->Reboot the phone->launch airtel tv app->register->wait for 2-4 minutes->banner appears on top->click on that and enjoy. Later once done->uninstall this version and download the latest one.

Really disgusting service I also upgrade my plan to 499 but nothing get over Airtel tv app like banner Amazon prime I call sevral time over 121 but didn't get any response just saying customer care officer it's take a time 4 days 2 days 24 hr everyone have different wording really shameful thing for you Airtel Bharti even my complain no is (SR 31-[protected]) still showing open and didn't get a single call from the team.just now I am thinking to port the number from Airtel to other carrier

I am not able to open Airtel TV App and when I sent an email they are responding, We would like to inform you that you will only be able to use Airtel TV app while connecting to your Airtel data connectivity.

What kind of rules are these for the customers?
No Amazon prime banner. What a waste of time & Money.
