Airtel — airtel unable to recharge my airtel prepaid number online (ported from airtel postpaid to airtel prepaid)

Address:Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201301

I've ported my number from airtel postpaid to airtel prepaid. And after activation, i tried to recharge it online but i was unable to do so.
I called customer care many times and mailed them as well but my issue is not yet resolved. I can't port my number to other network as it needs 90 days to be in a particular network.

I'm frustrated and want it to be resolved asap.
