Airtel — airtel v fiber broadband service

I have purchased airtel v fiber connection in ahmedabad district at 1/12/2017 they told me the connection will be provided within two days. But when i called them they only reason to say. And the authority also not able to receive the call but no connection acquired yet at my home in chandkheda. And i also paid 500 rs through cheque at same date 1/12/2017.
