Airtel — airtel v-fiber not able to resume service for more than a month | |||
My Airtel vFiber broadband is not working for almost a month from 2nd Feb 2018 till date. 1) I have been using airtel from Jan 2018 and within 1 month of service usage I am facing an outage for almost a month with not ETA nor resolution steps from Airtel. Every time I call Airtel I had to give them 1 hour of all the story. For such an outage shouldn't airtel have proper issue resolution and tracking at their end. Now as customer I had to call them every and spend 1 hour with them.Also the 121 customer care just forward it to the next level then goes to a technician, beyond which there is no update. a) Can Airtel give a realistic ETA, b) then can they resolve the issue with status update to customer on each step. c) In case of airtel not being able to attend to this within realistic duration then they have cancel my connection without any billing because I have paid them installation deposit of 1000 rs which is of no use.
