[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel wifi disconnected - still bill charged

I had airtel wifi connection, my number was [protected]. I had bought this wifi from ranchi office. But i was facing issues with this wifi connection. I could hardly use the internet for two days, and would get a message showing my data is almost full. I was told by airtel office people that someone was using my wifi. I wanted to change my wifi password, but was told that it cannot be changed. So i went to kankurgachi branch at kolkata with the wifi where i spoke to airtel person named krishnendu about my issue. He told me to surrender the wifi and disconnect that connection. He made me purchase airtel 4g dongal in an exchange of wifi. He confirmed me that the wifi connection for that number has been disconnected. But looks like he did not do it. I returned my wifi thing, disconnected the connection and bought a new 4g dongal (Along with a new connection) from kankurgachi branch at kolkata on 24th march, 2016. I was told that my wifi connection has been discoonected from that day. But till today i am receiving a bill, and have been asked to pay an amount of 2038.71rs. Bill is for march and till 14 th april. I do not intend to pay this amount as i havent used the internet wifi service. It is a mistake at your end and needs to be corrected by you. Even after surrendering the wifi connection, how do you expect me to still use wifi internet and charge me??? I tried callin you at 121 and 198 many times, but no use. I am not going to pay the same and request you to take some serious action as to why the connection was not disconnected and who used the internet in my name from march till april. Need an urgent action.

I wants call detail Airtel number [protected] for Dec15 to Feb16 sir plzz send all call detail because this my girlfriend number someone to call this number to ask abuse so i get detail

The issue is still not resolved. When will it get resolved??? I wont pay the money which I am being charged as I did not even use the service. Resolve the issue as soon as possible.
