[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel worst dth service provider | |||
Dear Sir, Recently I had complaint about Airtel dth set top box which was not working properly one of airtel executive visited my house switced off set top box and restarted it and asked for Rs. 150 as charges as he said dth box is ok we paid him. But it worked for 4 days and after that same problem it gets hanged why if they cannot repair there equipments why do they ask for money and customer continues to suffer. This airtel guy had not done anything to dth box just restarted with his magical hands which we too could have done but airtel had to cheat customers. This dth box deletes data recorded by itself and hangs but it is impossible for us to hang it on purpose and delete data in front of executive who have experience and know that dth there dth boxes are faulty but would not accept otherwise they would have to repair it which don't want to do. So solution is take Rs 150 and say dth box is working or otherwise hang dth box on purpose. I suggest potential customers to stay away from airtel dth.
