I am posting here to express my dissatisfaction with airtel services and expecting a solution from airtel.
I was a loyal customer to your brand, i was quite happy with prepaid service and network coverage, then these customer care people called us and nearly forced to change to postpaid connection for their own business and incentives and we changed all our prepaid numbers to postpaid, just because we had faith on the brand and its services.
But now, thanks to airtel, our point of view is changed, after bill payment for the month of may, we requested them to close the sim services, informing the bill collector many times as we are not using it currently.
They closed 2 but left one activated and each month we are getting a increased bill.
Why will we pay when we already requested to close. Then someone called us from customer care, to pay the bill and when i told them that i already requested to disconnect the connection she told me, i will have to pay and when i asked for usage details for which i should pay, she disconnected. She was so damn arrogant and first you should teach these people how to talk to customers. We don't have time for this rubbish. This is pure harassment, not expected from a brand like airtel.
Really disappointed. For any business you need to value the customers. All we need is to be charged reasonably. And take it as a review, you have the worst customer care service. We want a solution asap Was this information helpful? |
