Airtel — Airtel Xstream Fiber

I have taken airtel fiber 799 plan which is 100 mbps and i had taken for 3 months advanced rental but after 1 month i had taken static ip and it was given to me after 1 month and after that by upload speed became only 10 mbps instead of 100 . since then i have been calling customer care but they never bother to resolve it . everytime i call customer care they raise a complain and close it from the backend team without my permision . i had raised one more complaint, the ticket id = '[protected]' raised on 30 may . today is 3 jun still not resolved . no one calls me no one comes ...

please look into this matter ...

a little update : the engineeer came to my house and said that it will be solved in the backend .i had got no otp and they went . after 23hrs i got a message from airtel that my issue was resolved and ticket was closed but still my upload is the same . this is my humble request to airtel to please take strict actions against those engineers who are just closing the customers complaints from the backend and causing us harrasment . and i want my speed immediately and if thats not possible give me my refund of 2500rs . ASAP

little update : ntg happens till now very cheap customer service from airtel the speed has dropped to 1 mbps both download and upload and the customer care cuts the call without listening to me

i would say everyone please take other connecrtion never airtel
