Hi team,
This is totally unprofessional without any information my number outgoing call are stop.
When i call customer care then they tell me because of my number [protected] bill is due that why my services stop for number 99909805* which i already pay on 31 march 2017 through paytm on number [protected] she is saying she is lawyer and a case is filled on me by airtel for amount 2475 and today is the last day of financial year if i pay 1000 rs amount by paytm no further call and mail i get regarding that number and that girl have full information about me and my bill when last use and whom i call at what timing.
But customer care person said me they don't get any amount for that number then i call that number where i pay 1000 rs again same girl receive and said she is airtel employee but refuse to tell the name and she said she is on holiday and amount receive by her against my bill for number [protected] and she need time to solve all this matter.
I am attaching the paytm and msg screenshot for reference i pay the amount on 31 march 2017.
Please do the needful as soon as possible because i am now going to change the service provider because of such unprofessional and irresponsible behavior and also fill a fir to both the number where i pay the amount and i got call. Was this information helpful? |
