I have made payment for rs. 2123 on dated 11.05.2020 for installing broadband connection, although despite regular followup and exchanging emails, airtel is not giving any response. I have sent screenshot and bank statements to them showing money deduction, however, despite making extra payment for installation (Which not recovered during normal situation) they are not taking any action.
Its quite frustrating experience for me, as, broadband connection was urgent requirement, if they were not able to provide the connection than on what basis they accept the request.
